If you have a Senior or WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program card, you can get a bonus of $15 every 2 weeks to use on fresh fruits and veggies. Simply visit a participating farmers' market's information booth with your card to receive the scrip. This program aims to provide more fresh, local produce to those with FMNP cards.

Get More Fresh Produce with Your Senior or WIC Farmers’ Market Card!

Do you have a Senior or WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) card? You can get a FREE $15 bonus each month to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables at participating farmers’ markets!

The Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association (PCFMA) has received a grant from the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) to provide this monthly bonus. This means more fresh, local produce for Senior and WIC FMNP recipients.

How to Receive Your Monthly Bonus

Once a month, simply bring your Senior or WIC FMNP card to the information booth at any participating farmers’ market. We'll scan your card, and you'll receive $15 worth of "scrip" (vouchers) specifically for fresh fruits and vegetables. You can use this scrip at any PCFMA, Coastside, or Fresh Approach farmers' market. List of participating farmers' markets below.

California is moving from paper vouchers to an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card system for WIC and FMNP. While this bonus program currently uses "scrip" at the information booth, farmers are adopting technology to accept these benefits directly via your Senior FMNP/eWIC card. We're working to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and our farmers.
