Elliot started Obour in 2017 after years of dissatisfaction with the hummus that was being sold in stores, and even in farmers markets.
He aimed to create products that wouldn't compromise on quality in any way. From their commercial facility in San Francisco, they create what many call the best hummus theyve ever had, offering a variety of different flavors, from black bean and tahini to traditional and hot curry. They also offer pita chips to go with their hummus.
