Singh and Raj started their business in 1992 under the name of Indias Clay Oven and selling at farmers markets and events. The business is still family-owned and operated, serving prepared Indian food, with both meat and vegan options. It is also organic.

India Gourmet sources their produce from area farmers market and from local growers.
