We love our little island community of nature enthusiasts, fisherman, bird watchers, and bike riders, and we love making food thats at once refined and rustic, elevated and approachable. Trevor is as close as you can get to being the neighborhood baker, and almost from the moment we placed the hand-painted driftwood Night Heron Bread sign in front of our home, demand for the islands best sourdough bread was hard to keep up with. Trevor stretched his capacity, upping the number of days providing bread, buying a mixer, and finally getting a commercial sublease in the city to sell at the farmers market. Were so proud of what weve created!
