Ardis Cattle Co.

The Ardis family settled in Eastern Oakdale, CA in 1873 and began farming wheat and grain. In 1900, during the Great Depression, they began to raise beef and have done so ever since. The Ardis family traditionally raised cows and calves and some years stocker cattle. Our animals were raised and sold to large commercial feedlots to eventually make their way to the grocery stores around the nation. Today Ross and Ashley Ardis, along with their son Ayden, continue the legacy of raising beef cattle on the very same ranch. In 2012 we decided to change our operation from providing beef to the big feedlots, to providing a high-quality beef from our ranch directly to your table.
