The Cavillos started with just two acres of green beans, and now have an assortment of strawberries, zucchini, flowers, fava beans, and more. They believe that your health starts with your farmer, which is why they chose to make the transition to organic certification in 2000. They firmly believe it's their duty to discover the best farming practices to grow healthy food for your family and friends.
At the ranch, they grow a large variety of vegetables, from artichokes, asparagus, cauliflower, and onions to squash, sweet potatoes, corn, and carrots. Berries are also their specialty, and among some of the hardest fruits to grow. Everything about farming brings them joy; the field is their playground and there is nothing else they would rather do.
