Dore Bakery Inc

Primjai Pantuyakorn and her husband Thierry Chea opened the bakery in 2015.

They specialize in fresh French baked items, including croissants, pain au chocolate, mille-feuille, fruit tarts, and bread pudding. Dor also offers homemade macaroons. Custom cakes are available for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Full and half sheet cakes are also available. Dor also offers a variety of salads and sandwiches baked with fresh bread.

Growing up in France, Thierry Chea learned to cook authentic French-baked foods. He went to cooking school in Paris.

Chea met Pantuyakorn while visiting the United States. After marrying and moving to East County, the couple decided to open their own bakery using the techniques and recipe ideas Chea learned in Paris.
