Honey Nut Squash Cheese Ball
A savory ball of winter squash goodness. A great appetizer than everyone will love!

1 lb fresh goat cheese
½ cup honey nut squash puree
1 t kosher salt
½ - 1 t red pepper flake, depending on how spicy you like it!
2 t minced chives
½ bunch parsley leaves, chopped (optional)
Place ingredients in a bowl and mix with spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The form into a ball and roll in parsley (optional).
Serve with crackers and sliced vegetables.
