Ingredients

2 pounds fresh cooked crab, picked and cleaned

Lemon Aioli

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, chives, garlic, dry mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until smooth. Serve with hot cooked crab.
