Ingredients

Salad:

  • 1 ruby grapefruit
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 satsuma orange
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • ½ pound of snow peas
  • bunch of green onions
  • ½ bunch of cilantro
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds

Dressing:  

  • Sesame oil
  • Tamari sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Citrus juice

Preparation

Segment the citruses and slice wedges in half. Chop lettuce into thin slices. Blanch snow peas in salted boiling water for three minutes. Strain and slice into thirds. Chop green onions into thin slices. Mince cilantro. Toast sunflower seeds on medium heating, moving constantly to avoid burning. Until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Combine salad ingredients and dressing ingredients. Coat salad with dressing, taste, correct seasoning, and serve.
